    Title request in GUI is for only one sublibrary

    Description:
    Title requests work OK in the Web OPAC, but there's a problem title requests in GUI:

    When I check the Title request box on the GUI Create Hold Request screen, only one of several eligible sublibraries has a hold placed for it (-- and we see only the ADM# of the item for that sublibrary in the z370_hold_list).

    Resolution:
    The reason for this difference is that in the Web the site is using Union View and the Title Requests are getting all of the associated titles (via the z120). Whereas there's no indication that the GUI Title Request looks at the z120 at all. It seems that it is getting like-items for this one particular bib record only.

    To put it another way:

    in OPAC Union View, a Title Request will get all of the items for all of the bib records connected to the same preferred record;
    in the GUI, it gets only the items connected to the bib record with which the selected item is associated.

    This is how the system works. The site may pursue the ability to place the Title Request in the same way in the GUI as an enhancement through ELUNA.
