Under the $z105_library (abc50) scratch, why are there 2 run_e_11 files at the same time?

Resolution:
We see this because the run_e_11.25970 process started right after the run_e_11.10950 process was stopped -- and ue_11 has not processed any records since the run_e_11.25970 was started. Thus, they show the same time.

The run_e_11.10950 was started on June 8 at 4:20 and stopped today (June 9) at the same time. It has these lines:

START UE-11 A 04:20:22
...
EXITING - 04:20:13

The run_e_11.25970 was started today at 4:20 and is continuing to run. util c/1 shows this:
