    Description:
We observed the below 2 problems:

    1) Single quotation mark and double quotation mark are disappeared in a deep link URL to Aleph web OPAC

    2) When using PDS (e.g. PDS-AWARE=Y in $alephe_tab/tab100)
You can only use the parameter con_lng=eng in uppercase letters (e.g. CON_LNG=ENG)

    Resolution:
The above two encoding problems are resolved by setting the following flag in $alephe_tab/tab100:
    XSS-VALIDATION=Y

    1) Single quotation mark and double quotation mark are not disappeared in a deep link URL to Aleph web OPAC

    2) When using PDS, you will be able to use the parameter con_lng=eng in lowercase letters.
