Description:
We have created ABC30 with open_new_library-script and have used MAB30 as template library.
Now in UTIL-G-3 we get:
Initial values can not be created for a demo library (when base_demo_lib = active_library)

Resolution:
The reason was the missing parameter
BASE-DEMO-LIB=2
in tab100 of ABC30.

After adding this parameter, UTIL-G-3 works.

Unfortunately this switch is currently missing in tab100 of demo library MAB30.
We will add this parameter in one of the next SPs.
