    Umlauts in EDI order not correct

    Problem Symptoms:
    Umlauts in EDI order in fields publisher and publication place are not correctly translated.

    * Example *
    Incorrect:
    IMD+L+109+:::Lehrstuhl f??¼r Schulp??dagogik, Fri:edrich-Alexander-Univ. Erlangen-N??¼'
    IMD+L+109+:::rnberg'
    IMD+L+110+:::N??¼rnberg'

    Should be:
    IMD+L+109+:::Lehrstuhl f?r Schulp?dagogik, Fri:edrich-Alexander-Univ. Erlangen-N?'
    IMD+L+109+:::rnberg'
    IMD+L+110+:::N?rnberg'

    Cause:
    Defect

    Resolution:
    Rep_change 2261 in Aleph 21

    Description: EDI - outgoing message (order) - the publisher and place of publication fields were not converted as defined in edi_out_attr.

    Solution: This has been corrected.
