Umlauts in result for SRU search

Problem:
SRU requests are answered properly but the character conversion is not correct as e.g. German Umlauts are not displayed correctly.

Solution:
Add the "backendcharset" parameter to the following setting:
<syntax type="xml" marcxml="1" backendcharset="utf-8"
identifier="info:srw/schema/1/marcxml-v1.1">

Afterwards restarting of SRU server is required.
