    Unable to Delete Course" Circ Client crashes displaying Course Doc List

    Description:
    We get an "Unable to Delete Course" error in attempting to delete any course in Course Reserves.

    Also, the Course Doc List shows no doc records "( )" -- despite the fact that there *are* records. And, when you click on Course Doc List, the GUI Circ client crashes.

    Resolution:
    These errors were due to the fact that the $alephe_tab/library_relation file had no CRS relations (such as those we see in the distributed v20 library_relation file:

    ! adm -> course library
    CRS USM50 USM30 )

    Step 55 in the 18-19 Upgrade Express step takes the ./upgrade_express_1801_1901/conf/course_adm.conf lines and creates CRS entries for inclusion in library_relation. The course_adm.conf has correct entries:

    COURSE_LIB=tst30 ADM_LIB=tst50
    COURSE_LIB=abc30 ADM_LIB=abc50
    COURSE_LIB=qrs30 ADM_LIB=qrs50
    <etc.>

    but looking at the ./upgrade_express_1801_1901/logs files, I don't see any indication that this step 55 was ever run.

    You should add the necessary lines to library_relation, such as:

    CRS TST50 TST30
    CRS ABC50 ABC30
    CRS QRS50 QRS30
    <etc.>

    Then restart the pc_server.
