Unable to add manage-31 service to menu

Question

Load Authority Records (manage-31)" was added to file $alephe_tab/user_function.lng and the access rights were provided. However it's not possible to open the service from the client. What's missing?

Please check whether the following lines are added to $alephe_tab/pc_b_lng/menu-catalog-aut.xml and if not add it there:

<file>p-manage-31</file>

</item>
