    Problem Symptoms:
    * Attempting to add space to the TS3X tablespace with util o/13/3:
    Enter file size (MB): 2000000

    *, Error message:

    "ORA-01144: File size (262144000 blocks) exceeds maximum of 4194303 blocks)"

    Cause:
    The file size was added in kilobytes instead of megabytes

    Resolution:
    * The file size in util o/13/3 is to be entered in "MB" (megabytes). "2000000" is 2000 Gigabytes.

    * Enter "2000" (2 Gigabytes) instead.
