    Unable to change enumeration level on an item that has a fully reserved slot.

    Problem Description:

    Prior to RC 606 for v.16 (KB 8443) it was possible to change any item information that had a fully reserved slot. After the RC you were no longer able to change the sublibrary or status. It appears that any item information is blocked from being changed.

    Actual Results:

    Unable to change enumeration level on an item that has a fully reserved slot.

    Expected Results:
    Should be able to change enumeration level on an item that has a fully reserved slot since some items are always booked, for example, rooms.

    Resolution:
    The error message is displayed BUT the enumeration field is updated ! The error message is only for information.
