Problem Description: Loss of functionality after r.c.3439 – site used to be able to have one person view while another person was editing a record.

Actual Results: Now only the first person to open a record can view/edit

Expected Results: First person can view/edit, second and subsequent would be able to view.

Resolution:
Our Development Team reviewed the information submitted and determined that because the change was intentional, as well as required to maintain data integrity, that the current functionality would not be modified. There is also the option of submitting an enhancement request. KB Record 16384-24449 discusses how to submit an enhancement request to ELUNA.
