    Problem Symptoms:
Despite typing in the libraries in
    "View/Update upgrade parameters",
    2 "Update Parameters",
    2. "Update Upgrade Libraries Definition",
    View Current Parameters shows:
    Libraries to be upgraded:
    No libraries are currently defined

    Cause:
Failure to preserve the "setenv uk_libraries".

    Resolution:
Initially, "Update Upgrade Libraries Definition" shows this:

    setenv uk_libraries ""

Rather than deleting the setenv, the libraries need to be inserted between the quotation marks, as follows:

    setenv uk_libraries "abc01 abc10 abc30 abc50 abc60"
