Description:
We see the following error in the install_utree.log (produced by the upgrade_util "Install customer data" step) for seven different tables:

IMP-00017: following statement failed with ORACLE error 1917:
"GRANT SELECT ON "Z103" TO "CALLSLIP""
IMP-00003: ORACLE error 1917 encountered
ORA-01917: user or role 'CALLSLIP' does not exist

In an Aleph 22 instance the following messages were seen:

ORA-39083: Object type OBJECT_GRANT failed to create with error:
ORA-01917: user or role 'LIBRARIAN' does not exist

Resolution:
I find that, despite this error, the number of records in the v20 tables matches the number in your v18 tables.

[From site:] "We've created a MSAccess database that pulls out only the callslips. I've created an oracle user specifically for this database.
I can always create the user after the alephtest ver20 is up and running."
