    Description:
    Step 19 of Upgrade Express 17-18 kit produced the following error:

    A_ERROR: the file /exlibris/aleph/u18_1/wst01/form_eng/budget-information.xsl differs from the original version. The file can not be upgraded automatically. Merge manually!

    What should I be adding to this file?

    Resolution:
    Make sure that the following section exists in budget-information.xsl:

    <xsl:call-template name="display-gen">
    <xsl:with-param name="label" select="'Total Allocated Balance:'"/>
    <xsl:with-param name="value" select="./total-alc-balance"/>
    <xsl:with-param name="type" select="'right'"/>
    </xsl:call-template>

    If it doesn't exist, add it under the free balance field. This section could have already been inserted into this file by a Service Pack.
