Problem Symptoms:
 * After sending compressed Oracle Backup data to upgrade_express_1901_2001/data via FTP, the Upgrade Express menu does not display the option #2 Install Customer Data; or
 * The Target upgrade_util menu displays instead of the source upgrade_util menu

Cause:
Oracle backup data was sent via FTP because the Transfer Customer Data To The Target Location option in the Source upgrade_util menu failed. As a result, the associated par_file was not transferred to the /exlibris/aleph/upgrade_express_2001_2101/conf/ directory on the Target Server.

Resolution:
Copy the./conf/par_file, containing the following single line, from the Source conf/ directory to the Target conf/ directory:
