Upgrade to ILL2 and Aleph 20 in one flow

Description:
Currently we are on Aleph 18 using OLD GUI ILL. For internal reason we do not want to go live with ILL2 in Aleph 18. Please can you explain in which order we need to run ILL migration kit and UEX kits.
