    HOw can we display apostrophe in XML templates?

    Resolution:
    In order to display apostrophe in XML please use their "decimal numeric character references" , as follows:

    Left Double Quotation Mark “
    Right Double Quotation Mark ”
    Left Single Quotation Mark ‘
    Right Single Quotation Mark (including English possessives and contractions) ’

    For the apostrophe, use ’ for example:

    <xsl:with-param name="label" select="'Registrar&#8217;s Office'"/>
