Does anyone know of a way to activate a filing procedure when creating the Z13 or Z13U table?

I know you can do a fix_doc_do_file_08, but I'd like to apply a filing routine to one if the fields.

Resolution:
The tab_filing header says:

! This table is used for defining filing and normalization
! procedures that are used when building Headings (Z01), and
! for defining filing procedures that are used when building
! Index entries (Z11), Sort keys (Z101) and Brief Records (Z0101).

The programs which build these records have a ‘CALL “filing”’ statement; the programs which build the z13 do not.
