    Description:
I ran the Util H/1/10 to see if the bases were setup correctly and I am puzzled by these two errors in the output:

    ! 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-!-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-!!!!!-!!!!!-!!!!!-!!!!!-!-!!!!!!!!!>
    NAPEL |NEGATIVE BASE| No | Yes | *** Err ***
    GFKS | 1183326| No | Yes | *** Err ***

    Resolution:
For the NAPEL, "NEGATIVE BASE" indicates that the query that the base is based on doesn't retrieve any records. (You can run this query, such as "wsl= napel" in the OPAC to confirm this.) KB 16384-6657 is an example of such a case.

For the GFKS, the third column (what util h thinks the tab_base setting *should* be, based on the ratio of this base to the total database) has "No"; while the fourth column (what tab_base is actually set to) is "Yes".

It is saying that you have "Y" in tab_base column 8 for base GFKS, when it thinks you should have "N".
