Description:
I just want to make sure that the offline circ data files are the same in v.18 and v.19 so that we can load circ transactions that occurred while we were down for the version upgrade.

Resolution:
The format of offline circulation transactions did not change between ALEPH versions 18 and 19. Therefore, data generated in the V.18 environment can be loaded into the V.19 environment.
