    Description:
Web searches seem to perform erratically. When searching ADLER as an author I get DIMANT. Table space seems to be ok and disk space also.

    Resolution:
The procedure clear_vir needs to be run regularly.

    1. the procedure clear_vir is set to run daily. This is correct. Here are the definitions:

    ../tmp/log [aleph] > grep clear_vir $alephe_tab/job_list | grep -v ^!
    W3 03:50:00 Y VIR01 clear_vir01 VIR01
    ../tmp/log [aleph] > grep W3 $alephe_tab/job_list.conf | grep -v ^!
    W3 W YYYYYYY

    2. The clear_vir did not run properly. This is evident in log files of the clear_vir:

In log files $alephe_scratch/vir01_clear_vir* the following error message exists:
    File ../vir01/files/z52.init does not exist
    This is $data_files of vir01

In order for clear_vir to work the file z52.init must be in $data_files of vir01

    3. We put this file in place where it belongs, and now the clear_vir works.
