    Problem Symptoms:
    Message displayed when trying to access PDS: 
    "We're sorry problem was detected trying to call the ILS system. Try again later."

    Cause:
    Firewall

    Resolution:
    Add PDS IP to the firewall. 
    In this case - add PDS IP to server.xml RemoteAddrValve.
