    • Product Version: 16.02

    Description:
From the log file of the Web server, when trying to view the item holdings:
    WWW-F : ITEM-GLOBAL str_in=bas=06 or bas=08 or bas=05 or bas=04 str_out=bas = "06" or bas = "08" or bas = "05" or bas = "04" Error: Load:
    /exlibris/aleph/u16_1/cma60/www_f_heb/item-global-head-2 Error
    What does this error mean?
    (expand_doc_hld_stmt) : get-first-copy-id failed - exit expand Load:
    /exlibris/aleph/u16_1/cma60/tab/tab_fix_z103 Error: Load:
    /exlibris/aleph/u16_1/cma60/www_f_heb/full-999-body Error: Load:
    /exlibris/aleph/u16_1/cma60/www_f_heb/item-global-tail-2 2004-08-29 10:36:56
27 [000] [vrb] server_main: OUT 0.6066 20748 2004-08-29 10:36:56 66 [000] [vrb] IN 20040829 103656 This is from file LOGDIR/www_server_4991.log We get an error from an expand programme and it happens in Hebrew only.

    Resolution:
The main part of importance in this log file is where it states: Error:
    Load: /exlibris/aleph/u16_1/cma60/www_f_heb/item-global-head-2
This is because the system is looking for Web files under CMA60/www_f_heb, instead of under $alephe_root/www_f_heb

To fix this add heb lines to $data_tab/path_convert in CMA60. Right now you only have eng lines. Each eng line should have a corresponding heb line
