Description:
We are using add-on-module "Web Self Check" and are not able to perform loans.

Resolution:
In this case it was related to tab_attr_sub_library. Similar to GUI and SIP2, also Web Self-Check consults tab_attr_sub_library. A loan is only performed if the relevant IPs are registered as type 1 in column 2 of tab_attr_sub_library.
