What IP addresses need to be in tab_attr_sub_library?

Resolution

The main purpose is to say what IP addresses can perform GUI Circ functions for which sublibraries.  

These are the functions which tab_attr_sub_library can control based on the IP address of the operator:

  !          1 - item can be loaned and returned
  !          2 - item can be returned only
  !          3 - sublibraries of items (for transfer)
  !          4 - reading room loan handling
  !          5 - cash generation sublibrary
  !          6 - sorting of cash transactions
  !          7 - preferred sublibrary for items sorting routine 06
  !          8 - cash receipt counter suffix
  !          9 - item can be returned only ("transfer" depends on type 3 setup)

As you can see they have to do with Circ.  The only one which *might* affect Acq and Cataloging is "7".  I'd say that only IP addresses of staff performing Circ need to be included.  (Of course, in a pinch, Cat and Acq staff may well need to do Circ functions.)
