What happened to ILL-MODE in version 19-up?

In version 18 $alephe_tab/tab100 there was a parameter "ILL-MODE". Looking at the version 19 tab100 and the ./alephm/source/copy/TAB100, no "ILL-MODE" is found....
Resolution:
In v19-up Aleph only supports one ILL (the new, integrated "ILL2"). Therefore, ILL-MODE is obsolete and has been removed.
Additional Information
In pre-18 versions, "ill_mode" was a setenv parameter in the $alephe_root/aleph_start.
