    Description:
The Z300 table is new in our version xxx. What is it? Should it be defined? If so, how big?

    Resolution:
The Z300 file is needed only in a Central-local cataloging functionality (used primarily in the German consortia).

If you do not use this functionality, you should omit the Z300 from your library's file_list's.

Note: though the z300 files exist in the $alephm_root/sql_tab, z300 is *not* included in the $aleph_root/tab/file_list.nnn files. Thus, it would need to be added to the library's $data_root file_list.
