    What libraries should be in "PAS" line in library_relation?

    Description:
    The 16.02 $alephe_tab/library_relation table has a PAS line. What libraries should be included there?

    Resolution:
    The library_relation header says: "This relation sets the list of libraries that appears in the Access Rights window when creating privileges for an operator." The libraries to which a user in a particular ADM library would need to have access need to be included, that is, bib, authority, ILL, course reserve, and hol libraries associated with the ADM -- *plus* the usr_library. (The operator needs to have access to the usr_library in order to work with the patron records.).
    Thus, we see this in the distributed, a-tree library_relation:.
    PAS USM50 USM01 USM10 USM60 USM20 USM30 USR00.
    PAS USM51 USM01 USM10 USM60 USM21 USR00.
    PAS USM52 USM01 USM10 USM60 USM20 USM30 USR00.
    (where "USR00" is the usr_library)..[&Please note: The PAS should be created by the Upgrade Express tables conversion step as long as you filled in "cv_xxx50_linked_libs" in tab_def_env (where "xxx50" is an ADM library).
