Resolution:
The distributed ./usm01/tab/tab_merge specifies tab_merge_adv_overlay routine 05 as the routine for OCLC..
tab_merge_adv_overlay gets into unnecessary complications for the oclc_server. We suggest instead that you specify this in tab_merge:.
