When to run p_manage_17

Description:
In the 14.2 "Database Maintenance Procedures" document it said to run p_manage_17 daily. Do we need to do this and if so how often is recommended for a small institution like ours?

Resolution:
The GUI Services p_manage_17 Help in version 16-up says this:

"Run this service after conversions or if you suspect that there is a problem with the filing of
long headings. In addition, the service needs to be run if at any time, the rules for
alphabetization are changed in the tab00.lng table or in the tab_filing table ..."

Thus, p_manage_17 does not need to be run on any regular (daily, weekly, etc.) basis.
