    Description:
When we loan an item, the time of loan always appears as 12:00 AM.

    Resolution:
The time which appears on the Loan screen next to the due date is the due-time -- not the loan-time. (The due-time is determined by tab16, column 9.)

To see the loan-time for a particular item, click on the Loans tab, highlight the item in question, click on "Items list", then click on the "Loan" tab in the "Loan Details" window at the bottom. (Or look at the z36_loan_hour in util f/4 for z36.)
