    Description:
We want to change which fields show up in overdue notices.
We understand that 400 is the edit_paragraph entry used for overdue notices.
But this might be used elsewhere in ALEPH, right? So it seems that we should create a 402 entry.

    Resolution:
There are 3 places where an ./xxx01/tab/edit-paragraph number can be referenced:
    1. in column 5 of the ./xxx01/tab/edit_doc.eng
    2. in column 2 of the ./xxx50/tab/bib_format table
    3. hard-coded in programs (relatively few) (./alephm/source/copy/BIB_FORMAT has some of these: the values for entries ending in "-LINE" are edit_paragraph numbers.)

In this particular case, the xxx01 edit_doc does has no references to edit_paragraph# 400.
However, in xxx50 bib_format there are 15 other forms (besides the "overdue-summary" form used by p_cir_51) which use line 400.

You should create an xxx01 edit_paragraph 402 entry and then change column 2 of the xxx50 bib_format "overdue-summary" lines to "402".
