    Description:
Information is presented in the GUI Circulation client regarding Loan and Return history for staff who loan materials. The staff member can clear this information as desired.

Can you tell me where this information is stored? Staff here are wondering whether there is a way to regularly clear out this data without the manual deletion, and I could probably do that if the information is stored on the server. But if it is stored somewhere local to the PC running the client, then I obviously could not clear this.

So, can you tell me where this information is stored?

    Resolution:
    These are pc files.

The Circulation Loan history is stored in the C:\AL500\CIRC\files\XXX50\loan.log .

The Return history is stored in the C:\AL500\CIRC\files\XXX50\return.log .
