    Question

Some requests have a 'Waiting' status because the items have been returned after the end request day and can be found in ARC, why do we see them and how to delete them?

    Answer

    Mrr_requests includes z37 and z37h.
It is not possible to delete this data as it comes from Aleph.
You can differentiate between them by adding the history flag existing under 'Request analysis' > 'Other request information'.
The request status of z37h doesn’t matter and you can ignore it or filter it in the status request column in ARC.
