    Question

Why doesn't the service p-acq-12 (Claim Report and Letters for Monograph Orders) populate the claim list with the address of the selected sublibrary when running the service with option "Claim Letters Output Type: List of Claims per Vendor" and for one specific sublibrary only? It always uses the ADM library's address.

    Answer

When sending separate claim letters the address of the sublibrary is used since there is only one sublibrary.
When sending a list of claims to a vendor, the ADM address is used since the list can be composed of orders from various sublibraries.
Running the service with parameter "Claim Letters Output Type: List of Claims per Vendor" is designed to be run with multiple sublibraries.
Changing the program to behave differently in case only ONE sublibrary was selected will be an enhancement request.
