    Question

Why is a specific file not listed in the file list of the Task manager?

    Answer

A file is no longer listed in the file list of the Task manager as soon as it is automatically printed by a print daemon.

    Additional Information

The file list displays the directory $data_print of a library, e.g. ./abc50/print.

As soon as the file is printed by a print daemon it is automatically renamed (adding the time of the printout) and moved to a sub folder ./abc50/print/save-YYYY-MM-DD (e.g. ./abc50/print/save-2014-09-26) and therefore no longer listed in the file list.
In order to see it again in the file list and have the ability to re-print the file, you will have to copy/move it back to the print directory above.

In case you would not like to print the file automatically but rather manually, you could correct column 4. (target) of the file $alephe_tab/job_list to blank (instead of the current print id). Then the file will stay in the list of Task manager / file list and you can decide to print it manually at your convenience.
