Description:
What functions in ALEPH actually use the Z13 short-doc records? (We want to know what won't be working if these are temporarily unavailable.)

Resolution:
The z13 is used in the following:

1. Bib title information in the GUI User Cash record display.
2. Bib info in the Web user loan list
3. Bib info in the Web basket
4. Web "New records" filter
5. Cataloging F3 / Authority Brief list)
6. (Prior to version 19) Bib info in the Course Reserve documents list
7. Certain SQL statistics scripts and user-written SQL scripts)

Note: The Web OPAC Brief list does *not* use the z13. (It takes the fields listed in the www_tab_short.eng from the bib records themselves.)
