    Z309 entries not created on renew all

    Description:
    We've found that if you click on the renew all button in the circ client, that not every item gets a z309 entry. A librarian clicked on the renew all button for a patron with 5 loans. Only 1 entry was created in the z309 table, while all 5 entries were created in the z35 log.

    I also brought up the same patron on our development server. The patron has an Alpeh ID of 000000022452. On our development server the patron had 7 loans. I clicked on the renew all button and the 7 loans were renewed. The Z35 table has an entry for all 7 renewals. The z309 table has only 6 of the 7 entries.

    Resolution:
    Corrected by v20 rep_change 2453. ("This has been corrected. Renew log entries are now created in the Circulation log for all the items that are being renewed.")
