    Description

Circulation logger (z309) records for "Return of Item Not on Loan" (or "Not On Loan Return")  and "In-House Use"  have the sublibrary code (and "in transit") in the Patron Name column.

    Resolution

Since the circulation log record must have a patron ID (Z303-REC-KEY), not-on-loan/in-house-use items (-- which, of course, have no associated patron --) are created with the sublibrary code in this column.
This behavior cannot be changed. You can ignore this column for these log entries, or, if you don't want Not-on-loan-returns or In-house-use items to appear in the log at all, you can specify in ./xxx50/tab/tab_events.lng that these event types (82 and 80, respectively) should not be created.
