    Description:
To enable the Z34 table for the web sessions statistics, to what extent will it add to the overhead of the server?
Do we have to activate the Z34 table in order to use UTIL-S-4 for stats purposes?

    Resolution:
The z34 table is written to only if the create_statisics setenv is set to "Y". {See the "Web OPAC Statistics" document for more information. Note that the z34 table is defined in the usr00 library in v15.2-up.)

The z34 might be useful if you want to do your own statistics job using SQL, but it is *not* read by the system any more (in 15.2-up).

The *z63* is the table which is used by UTIL-S-4-1 and -3 to produce www session statistics. This means that if you want to get meaningful www session statistics, you need to run UTIL-S-4-1 (or -3) *before* you run UTIL-A-11 - which reinitializes the z63.
