    Z39.50: "Failed to read reply"/ "Attempt to access item beyond bounds of memory"

    Problem Symptoms:
    * The GUI displays the "Failed to read reply" error message searching on a Z39.50 target.
    * In the pc_server_nnnn.log there is the message:

    Execution error : file '/exlibris/aleph/axx_x/aleph/exe/set_find_m.gnt'
    error code: 114, pc=0, call=1, seg=0
    114 Attempt to access item beyond bounds of memory (Signal 11)

    Cause:
    The edit_doc_999.lng in EXTxx library contains some errors.

    Resolution:
    Replace ext01/tab/edit_doc_999.lng with the version included in the Ex Libris standard distribution.
