Desired Outcome Goal:
"Outstanding Hold Requests Report" column "End Request Date" is changed to "Request Date" (the date the request was initiated).

Procedure:
1. Change the following two lines in the ./form_eng/outstanding-loan-requests-00.xsl and/or ./outstanding-loan-requests-01.xsl forms from:
<xsl:with-param name="label" select="'End Request Date'"/>
<xsl:with-param name="value" select="./z37-end-request-date"/>

to:
<xsl:with-param name="label" select="'Request Date'"/>
<xsl:with-param name="value" select="./z37-request-date"/>

2. Do util i/6 to recreate the html.pck file (with the new outstanding-loan-requests-0n.xsl file included).
3. Reconnect to the server with GUI Circ.
