Description:
Getting rid of the ue_01 connection errors -- described in KB 8192-3623 -- has raised awareness of another error. When the e_13/e_23 batch jobs are released each half hour, there is an occasional listener connect timeout error. This is currently being worked in the open Oracle TAR.

Resolution:
[From site:] I’ve made one more change on the database server to cope with how the aleph application uses the database. I’ve increased the listener queue in listener.ora to 100 connections. This last change has cleared the listener timeout errors.
