    Description

We have serial records with hundreds of items.  If we specify "THRESHOLD=10", will expand_doc_bib_avail stop after 10 items?

    Resolution

In the case of serials (items with a non-blank Z30-ENUMERATION-A value), Aleph will pass a value of "Check holdings" to Primo, rather than "available" or "not-available".

"THRESHOLD=" is used to determine in the case of a title with many copies how many it will check for availability (before defaulting to "check holdings").
