file-03: no output file when second file-03 is run concurrently

Problem Symptoms:
When running file-03 ("Export Database Tables") at the same time for the z30 tables of two different libraries, though there are no errors, in one case the expected ./files/z30.seq file is not produced.
Cause:
Uncertain.
Resolution:
Run file-03 for the first library, wait till it is done, then run it for the second library.
Additional Information
Though it seems that in some cases running file-03 for different libraries at the same time doesn't cause any problem; it seems that in other cases it does.
