    Problem Symptoms:
    file-20: "Failure occurred while trying to read XML input file (XML might be invalid)"

    Cause:
    This is message 5000 in ./error_eng/p_file_20. The input XML file does not match the expected structure.

    In this particular case the verification type was set incorrectly in a Z308 record. The value was set to 02 for LDAP when it should have been 00.

    Resolution:
    Correct the input file and rerun
