Can the flat-file file-20 (PLIF) handle the z303_last_name and z303_first_name fields new with version 22?

Answer

No. The Functional Spec for this enhancement says that the change is supported by the PLIF (but only the XML input not the flat file) and X-server: "The flat file will not be enhanced with the 2 new fields. It will continue to use the Z303-NAME."
