Fix routine fix_doc_new_aut_5 does not create field 670 in the new authority record when field 1XX is not present in the BIB.
Answer
This is a feature. Author's Source data in authorities field 670 (Source Data Found) is not created when there is no Main entry (1XX) in the BIB record.
