    Description

The following error occurs in trying to login to the server with certain of the PACSCL-specific logins:

get_ora_passwd: error while loading shared libraries: libcrypto.so.1.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

    Other PACSCL logins work OK.

    Resolution

This was due to the fact that the Group ID (the second number) in the /etc/passwd file entries for the users was not 15053:  In this particular case, it needed to be.
