    • Product Version: 20, 21, 22, 23

    Problem Symptoms:
In a multi-ADM environment, if one institution (ADM A) runs item-11 ("Delete Item Records") to delete a file of their Item records and the associated HOL record (HOL A), and if there are HOL records (HOL B and HOL C) for other ADMs which have no items, besides (correctly) deleting HOL A, item-11 also deletes HOLs B and C and the bib record.

    Cause:
    The
      BATCH-DELETE check_doc_delete_lkr
line in the xxx01 $data_tab/check_doc table was commented out. check_doc_lkr prevents records from being deleted when there's a (z103) link between the records.

    Resolution:
Make certain that the following line is present in both the xxx01 check_doc and the xxx60 check_doc:
      BATCH-DELETE check_doc_delete_lkr
